What musical shows are copyrighted for school plays?

I’m helping out with a school down my road to put on a production for the end of the year. They don’t know which shows are still copyrighted and the rights are not released.
One suggested Phantom of the Opera, but you cannot do that because the rights have not been released and it’s still going strong as a box office hit. Phantom is indeed one of my favourites and even since it has been running for a very long time.
I know you cannot do Phantom, The Lion King, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mary Poppins, Wicked, The Wizard of Oz? Carousel, Spamalot, Hairspray, The Little Mermaid, Sweeny Todd, State Fair.

But there was The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Grease, Oliver, all reccommended is there any else?
Is Oklahoma avaliable and My Fair Lady?
We need the correct staging equipment in stock for the next couple of months.
Cheers!
Grease had already been done as a previous school production and so had Guys and Dolls.

There are more shows than I could name, take a look at:

They will have most of the musicals you have ever heard of, and a lot you haven’t. They own the rights to all the shows listed on their respective sites, you can apply for rights directly through each of their websites.
