Is it free to sample the British speaking clock?
I was wondering if the British speaking clock is royalty-free. The reason I ask is I want to use a sample of it in one of my music works but am unsure on whether or not it will be free to sample or whether I shall have to pay to be able to use it by going through the relevant sample clearancing house.
Any info will be gratefully received!! 
Of course you must pay as the speaking clock is a private business.
