I have a question about Final Fantasy 7!!!!?
I just received Final Fantasy 7 for Christmas, My parents got it at Vintage Stock, a store I’ve never had problems with before, and they always guarantee that their merchandise will work. So I just put it into my playstation 2 to play it and when I turn it on, it shows the original playstation logo, and then a screen that says “Sony Computer Entertainment America Presents” and then after that, nothing. No music, no sound, no images, just a black screen. What’s going on? And how can I fix it????
Ok, out of the 6 or 7 times I’ve tried to start it up now, it’s worked once… And it was working fine, until I got to a save point, where it wouldn’t read either of my memory cards. I’m assuming then I’m going to have to get a memory card for an original playstation?
There’s not much I can suggest except to test it on a different PS2 or on a playstation. If it continues to do the same, then it’s probably damaged. If there are scratches on the back of the disc, then you can get them buffed at your local game store. (Some do it for free if they’re FF fans, :p) If there are no scratches, then you can go back to the store and report the problem. If there’s a warranty with the game, bring it with you as well as the receipt and see if you can trade it for a different FFVII game. If the same problem occurs, take it back again and try purchasing the game on ebay or I can sell you mine, lol. I’m not ever going to have time to play it anymore and GoingCrazy201 puts up the game stuff on youtube, so I can just get it there. E-mail me for further contact at kana_shihori@yahoo.com.
Sorry, this is the weirdest answer/PM I’ve ever sent, so if it sounds off the wall, it is. o.o But I’d do anything to help a fellow gamer/Final Fantasy fan, xD And I’m not some creepo online either. >.< I have an ebay account and I could sell it to you through there, but I'm sure the situation will work out fine.

Mm, do not particularly like the 'stock' feel of the images, like the music though! And, in the book lies the real product!
