What are some of your Christmas traditions?

i love hearing other peoples traditions, here are some of mine:

with my friends:
last day of school before christmas break, we carol our way to KFC
then we go back to my friends house and decorate gingerbread men
then we exchange our secret santa gifts
we sleep over, and the next day we stay in our pjs and have a christmas movie marathon

On christmas eve, we go to my aunts house and have lasagna then we leave really late because my aunts family goes to a christmas midnight mass

on christmas morning, i get up really early because my mom cooks the turkey overnight, so i hear her, and we all exchange stockings (instead of doing secret santa with one present, we draw names to see whos stocking you have to stuff, and every year i get my step dad)

then we exchange presents, and blast christmas music all day and our family comes over for dinner :D

I’ve been a waitress for a long time, and Christmas is our busiest time. I make truckloads of cash, but have no time to shop, wrap, cook, etc. So our tradition is we (my daughter and I) do Christmas together about January 8th.
We’re pretty sick of turkey buy then, so we order Chinese pr pizza or ribs.
It works out very well, she can concentrate on her dad, boyfriend, his parents during December. January is much more relaxed AND everything is on sale. Plus, she’s already got gifts from everyone, so she knows what she wants from me. Like if someone gets her an iPod, I can get her the case.

We LOVE it, and have been doing it for 15 years. My waitress friends are adopting it, too.
