@Amberae2797 my friend had the same problem come to find out he installed a bad app that changed permissions on some system directory. So he restored in iTunes and everything worked perfectly. In fact we watched a couple new movies like “Unknown” and “The Eagle” and both were crystal clear quality. We have the AV cables to so it streamed to my TV .
I been using the bigU Movies app that I installed from Cydia and it seems to play the movies perfect. I just watched The Mechanics in dvd quality and about to start watching the movie Sanctum cause it was just added as an r5 quality (almost as good as dvd).
Hey thanks man, this bigU app is really working out for me. Just bought the Apple AV cables yesterday and streamed the some of my old favs like Rocky 4 on from the bigU app on my iPhone 4 to my TV and the picture quality looked just as sharp as it does on the iPhone 4. I’m really impressed with the service.
