I want to find FREE music downloads but many places have a one time download fee. I don’t mind the fee but I dont want to spend any more than . Limewire didnt work for me by the way so dont suggest it.

Frostwire. Limewire doesnt work for me, but Frostwire does, also, I have a fried who gets most of his music from the local library, he rips it to his computer, makes mixtapes, search online. http://www.hiphopearly.com, they always have the newest songs for download, at least for rap.
It’s not free but I use http://www/legalsoundz.com It’s like Itunes but only costs 9ยข a song – much cheaper!
