Free Stock Music

Would this be okay to use?

I have to do an assignment and its a music video. We are given a song (Walking on Sunshine) and we have to film footage to go with the music. I’ve got some already, but I know I won’t be able to film as much as I’ll need, as we’re on a really really tight deadline which is ridiculous for how much we are expected to film. Would it be okay if I used free stock footage to fill in the gaps, as in what I haven’t got? Its not copyrighted footage, so I don’t think it would be a huge problem. I wont be using that much of it anyway, just a couple of seconds here and there to fill in the gaps.

As long as it’s stock and you’re not violating any copyright laws, then yeah it’s fine. And if your teacher didn’t prohibit it’s use in the assignment.
