You could contact Dido or her record company and ask for permission.
If you want music you can use legally, here is a site dedicated to public domain works:

It’s basically music published before 1922. It may not be exactly what you’re looking for, but it’s free and legal to use anyway you want.
Honestly though, you shouldn’t really worry about it. I’m sure almost no one has permission to use any music on YouTube, but everyone does it. If someone does complain, the worst they’ll do is have your video taken down.
