I need a cheap video editor!!?
Okay i know ive asked this before, but don’t report me please. I need a good video editor that is cheap, under $60.00.I want my videos to be like Fred’s, Niga Higa, and Shane Dawson. im not a pro but im not a beginner either. Uhmm i want to be able to change your voice, and put in a background behind you, and a program that has some cool sounds and background music. & please don’t say windows movie maker, or give me a link to a website with a free download.
