How to add Special Effects to Home videos?
OK so me and my friend made this music video…sort of…for a science project. Unfortunately, the video wouldn’t upload so we made a Power Point instead. But…It finally got it to upload and shes been sorta sad lately, so I thought I’d give her the music video as a gift. (Her parents divorced 
) So, All I need is special effects. Such as Zooming In, Add A swirl effect, and possibly music in the background. I heard of Movie Maker. But I don’t want to have to spend any money on it. So…Yeah. Do you know what I can legally download for this for free? Thanks!
If you have Windows XP or Windows Vista, then you already have Windows Movie Maker. Look on the start menu under Accessories or search for movie maker from the Windows Search button.
