is this a good guitar to buy?

Those things are toys. The mike may perhaps be used for playing around with – the “guitar” is simply a plastic toy for kids.
You can rule out anything at K-mart, Wall-Mart and those places. The only place to by musical instruments – unless it is for something like a toy intended to last a month or two … at best – is a music store (online or offline).
