Does anyone know of a good slideshow program?
I’m looking to create a slideshow, but I would like to have my own mp3 for background music. I’m new to this. :-
I been looking around download.com for some things but can’t find anything to good, if anyone knows of a good FREE program to create a picture show with your own background music, let me know.

I am a programmer and had completed about 90% of work in developing a similar program on my own; but I was overtaken by Microsoft. In some aspects my software is still better than theirs – such as zoom, pan etc functions. I have lost interest in my program now and it is back in shelf for quite some time now.
The only hope I have left is including a “lock” in the slideshow so that users can freely distribute their photos and slide shows on CD. The lock will make it impossible to make copies of the CD. Apart from this the lock will also make it impossible to save/copy/print screen a picture contained in the show. I do this by storing the pictures in scrambled and decoded format.
But I need encouragement and funding to re-start work on this. So until then, the best pick is Microsoft.
