if only there was a site for people to upload their music for other people to use for free no strings attached whatsoever

and i think freeplaymusic might be free but theres something in the terms of use about paying some fee so i doubt that

  3. xboy105 says:

This is bullcrap. This is a BUY the ROYALTY website. This is NOT ROYALTY FREE. Stuff is not cheap, $20 a song, which is normal when buying royalties.

  5. williamlamy says:

    it’s written “royalty-free”, not “free”.

  6. SkyFitsHeaven24 says:

Not free. No wonder everyone uses Incompetech music.

For everyone who wanted to get free music they could use, hear this. A royalty is something you pay a musician EVERY TIME someone watches/listens to whatever you have made. “Royalty free” means you don’t pay this ongoing cost, but rather pay for unlimited use of the music.

    This stuff IS royalty free…

  10. elliotroks121 says:

    what does royalty free mean?

  11. williamlamy says:

@elliotroks121 buy once, use it as many times as you want, as long as you want, without paying additional rights to the author / publisher.

  12. FreeRoyaltyFreeMusic says:

Get 100% free Royalty free music at my channel.

  13. deadmau5Jr says:

@simossays HAH EPIC FAIL. royalty free means music you only PAY once for unlimited use of the track without giving acknoledgement to…

  14. NicoleGTV says:

It’s like no one understands what Royalty-Free means. Now it’s easy to see how people get screwed over so easily.

  15. GummyBear4427 says:

Royalty Free music is music that no one owns It’s music that U can use in videos without being sued.

  16. BrushCountryJamboree says:

Dam Spam web site trying to sell STUFF, You can go straight to to hell you dam SPAMMER

  17. JuryDutySummons says:

@GummyBear4427 That’s not the case. What your talking about is “public domain” – Royalty free is just that – you can use without paying royalties. It’s Free of Royalties, not free of cost entirely.

  18. williamlamy says:

@Dragonich777 yes, it’s a production + commercial license : you have to use the music in something you make and sell, but you can’t sell the music itself, as a standalone product.

  19. Dragonich777 says:

    @williamlamy

Great! Does that policy apply to all royalty-free music [excluding of course ones with specific Terms of Use's] or just this website’s products?

  20. williamlamy says:

@Dragonich777 all royalty-free music stores have a quite similar licensing policy, but pay attention to exceptions. To each company its own policy.

  21. MrIpratt says:
